We have some how forgotten about our ownself.
The word regress Means going to your Former State, and for me my former state was Stress free, Tension free, Responsibilities free.

But Today i am Mobed with all this......

Regress for me is, Going to the Child state of ones life. Where one can enjoy being himself.
